Flowering Rock, is a company inspired by a place; a place where people overcame adversity through enormous creativity.

We launched in 2012 after spending a year living in Greece. We were astonished by the industrious young people making the most from very little during one of the worst economic crisis in recent history.  To promote the abundance of creativity from artists, artisans, designers, makers and growers making inspiring things, we started Flowering Rock with the mission to delight the senses. 

Our company's name comes from seeing another type of resiliency, one in nature, where botanicals grow wild through rocks, like Sideritis, an ancient plant known to have vast healing powers. 

Sharing the discoveries of creativity-often set against great adversity -along mindful practices for creating with natural treasures has been the foundation of Flowering Rock.
