All personal information collected on our website will be kept strictly confidential. We DO NOT keep your credit card information on file. When fulfilling your order we only share your share necessary personal information with outside parties only to the extent necessary to complete the order. When you send an email to info@floweringrock.com, we record your name and e-mail address in order to reply to your inquiry.

Flowering Rock is not responsible for, and expressly excludes all liability with relation to these linked sites.  These other sites will have their own rules and privacy policies, which should be reviewed independently.

Return Policy

If any of our products do not meet your expectations, we would like the opportunity to correct it. As such, please contact us via e-mail at info@floweringrock.com and we will correct the problem, replace the item or offer you a refund. As a food item, tea purchases or other consumables cannot be returned.

Orders and Payment

When you submit an order on this site, your order shall be considered as an offer to Flowering Rock. Upon receiving your order Flowering Rock will carry out a pre-authorization check on any payments to ensure sufficient funds are available. Upon authorization your card will be debited once the order is accepted. Our third party credit card service provider must approve all purchases made through the use of a credit card.

Shipping

Charges for shipping will be listed when you purchase the product from this site. You are responsible for all federal and state shipping related taxes, and you agree to comply will all export laws of the United States.

We use a third party shipping service provider to ship our products. As such, Flowering Rock will not be liable for any loss, damages or expense due to shipping. Title and risk of loss passes to you at the moment the product that you have purchased is transferred to the third party shipping service provider.

Use if this site is at your own risk, and Flowering Rock hereby expressly disclaims any representations or warranties with regards to the site and your purchase of any product. The site is provided “As Is”, and may contain errors, inaccuracies, viruses and bugs, and may be not up to date and therefore is not to be relied upon.

Flowering Rock’s maximum liability shall in no event exceed the amount paid by the purchaser for the product. This limitation is an essential element of the agreement between Flowering Rock and you.
